You will automatically receive an acknowledgment indicating that your application was received. Afterward, we may ask you to provide additional or missing documents. For you own sake, please respond as quickly as possible. Your application will be reviewed by our Human Resources Department and then forwarded to the respective functional area, where it will be carefully reviewed.
How does MAHLE process applications sent on the applicant's own initiative?
There are hardly any differences in the processes used for such applications and for applications sent for job vacancies. Please be sure to state in your initial application what type of position or which area you are interested in. List two to three possibilities in your cover letter. We would also like to know your salary requirements and your earliest-possible starting time.
What can I expect to happen during the job interview?
During the job interview you will meet with the Human Resources Manager and the Manager/Director of the Department in which you have applied. Other things such as Engineering Exams/Testing (if applicable) may also be completed during the job interview.
