As the headquarters for MAHLE Clevite Inc., the Ann Arbor location handles catalog supply, inventory, logistics and product development.

 

 

Thin wall bearings for truck engines in bimetallic or trimetallic designs are produced at the Atlantic facility. There is also an electroplating department for providing an overlay to the bearings, blanking and forming presses.

 

The Belmont location started out with cooler production for military vehicles and marine applications in 2001, and now produces Infinia cooling modules and GE 2.0MW gearbox cooling systems.

 

Farmington Hills is one of eight research and development facilities for the MAHLE Group. This location started in 1992 and moved into the new building in 1998. The tech center has grown to include all business units. MAHLE Industries, Incorporated provides development services consisting of design, application engineering, simulation, engine and vehicle testing, NVH testing and prototyping for filters.

 

 

 

Motorsports specializes in providing performance piston and ring sets to: NASCAR, Le Mans, IRL, GT1, Rolex Grand Am Series, World of Outlaw Sprint Cars, Late Model Stock Cars and racing enthusiast including crate engine and private-label performance cars.

 

McConnelsville is a babbitt, bronze and poroprietary lead-free alloy manufacturer for the operations in Atlantic, Iowa. It also produces bearings and thrust washers.

 

The Morristown location is comprised of MAHLE Engine Components USA, Inc., MAHLE Industries, Incorporated and the North American Motorsports division. Morristown manufactures over 13,000,000 passenger car and 2,500,000 diesel pistons per year. The employees also assemble 6,500,000 power cell units. Camshafts are the latest addition to the Morristown production lines.

MAHLE Filter Systems in Murfreesboro is the market leader in the production of carbon canisters. They also supply intake manifolds, air induction systems, air filters, air ducts, resonators, cylinder head covers and engine covers.

The 60,000 square foot Muskegon test center is equipped with a dynamometer center with 19 test cells, a measurement laboratory, scientific services and component development. This facility works closely with the Farmington Hills tech center.

Nowata's filter location has grown to become a leading supplier of high and low pressure filter systems for a wide range of most liquid and gas applications around the world.

MAHLE Clevite in Olive Branch is a massive distribution center for Aftermarket products. Products are received, assembled, packaged, distributed and warehoused at this location.

Russellville produces approximately 110,000 heavy-duty steel camshafts for truck engines using high speed machining and heat treatment as manufacturing processes.

The products produced at St. Johns are Napier-style hook groove second rings for improved oil consumption and axal form top rings for high RPM stability.

The Winterset plant produces fuel tank filters, in-line fuel filters and modules, pressure regulators and EGR tubes.
