"I am an Electromechanical Engineer and Occupational Engineer. I entered Edival, predecessor of MAHLE Rafaela, in 1988, while still an Engineering student. I started in the Metallurgical Lab dept. I was head of this department up until 1997. This year, I assumed the headship of the Product Engineering department, which became Departmental Management in the year 1998. In 2001, the Product Development area was created, already focused on Research & Development, of which I was its first Manager. Also, from 1996 to 2002, I was responsible for the Hygiene, Safety & Environment department. In 2008, already as MAHLE, and remaining in the position of Product Development Manager in the PL3 structure, I assumed the global responsibility for the development of heavy duty valves. Since 2009, after MAHLE’s global reorganization, I worked in the Product Development structure of BU1, as the one responsible for Product Technology of valve systems with South America as scope. I was also responsible for the Rafaela Technological Center.
I developed my entire professional career as employee of MAHLE, and I feel that at the same time I have been able to develop myself as a person and assume my responsibilities in the community and in the family. I was able to obtain in-depth knowledge of many aspects of science and technology, other countries and many people of different cultures. I believe that it is only in an environment like that which MAHLE offered me that one is able to accept the challenges of learning, taking professional and personal risks, and feel content and corresponded. To be able to enter MAHLE and make a career, one must understand and adopt the culture of the organization. One must accept as one’s own the fundamental values of the company, like responsibility, leadership capacity, be reliable, strive for communication through all levels, organizational and regional, and align our daily decisions to the business objectives."

"I have a degree in Industrial Organization. I entered Edival as a trainee in the 6th year of technical school (secondary level) in the Production Planning department. In 1997, I went to the Methods & Processes department, as coordinator of the documental process management. In 2006, I was responsible for the Quality Engineering division, in the Quality department. In 2012, I assumed the headship of the Quality department.
After several years in the Rafaela unit, I am still proud to be part of an excellent group of people and to belong to a model plant that manufactures valves for engines, renowned worldwide by most heavy duty engine manufacturers from the automobile industry. The passion transmitted by its entire staff towards excellence, constant technological innovation and improvement of its production processes, allows this plant to remain one of the first alternatives in the minds of clients and who see us as strategic partners in the execution of their businesses. On the other hand, the strength, experience and synergy in all ambits at global level that a giant like Mahle contributes supports this continuous process of overcoming, granting other new possibilities of professional development for all employees of the group."

"I am an English translator, customs broker and customs transport agent. I entered in 1993, when the company was Establecimientos Metalúrgicos Edival SA, as executive secretary of what at the time was the Board of Directors. After one year, I was transferred to the commercial department as foreign trade assistant and I soon followed my career as coordinator of the foreign trade & domestic sales sector. I am currently head of Commercial Logistics, also performing the activities of the Sales Management & Commercial Logistics sector, both national and international, and of the Finished Product Dispatch sector.
The company has given me opportunity for personal and professional growth and recognition. I also had the opportunity to travel and meet other employees of the MAHLE Group to obtain experience with regard to the treatment given to certain logistical issues in other MAHLE plants worldwide."
Fabricio Carlos Martin

"I started the year 2002 working as quality auditor in the Forging sector. In 2004, I was transferred to the Cells sector, under the same function. In 2005, I was appointed person in charge of the entire department of Auditors. In 2007, all final controls of cells were placed under the responsibility of Quality. In 2008, I was also appointed as person in charge of Metrology & Laboratory, at the time being in charge of the entire Plant Quality Sector (135 people). In September 2011, I was appointed as representative of Continuous Improvement in the entire Company. In all, I spent 10 years in the Quality Sector. Since the last month of August, I was appointed person Responsible for the Process Engineering Department, leaving the functions in the Quality department. I remain responsible for Continuous Improvement and for the System of Suggestions to be implemented in a near future.
As a MAHLE employee, I feel respected, having good dialogue with most of my workmates and superiors, with permanent challenges and much teamwork. I believe the company gave me the possibility to grow in my functions in the extent in which I showed results.
I would recommend other people to enter or build their careers in MAHLE because it is an opportunity to interact with other workmates from all other parts of the world. "I am a public accountant (UBA). I entered MAHLE in January 2011 and into the position I currently occupy; however, it has allowed me to grow professionally and I am constantly facing new challenges.
Both professionally and personally, I feel I have gained a lot in almost two years. I have had the opportunity to work with high-level professionals, who create an enriching synergy for the entire group. My position involves double reporting to the general manager and regional controller. Both have a proactive and open manner of working, always taking opinions and ideas into consideration. In my experience, I feel that I am given constant opportunities to feel that my ideas are valued. I have had the opportunity to travel abroad, taking part in a world meeting of controllers in the headquarters, resulting in a very enriching experience; I have also received extensive training in the Aftermarket unit in Brazil. "I graduated in Business Management, with post-graduation in Supply Chain Management. I spent over 15 years working in the commercial area of various multinational companies. I entered MAHLE in 2010 as the person responsible for the commercialization of MAHLE filters in Argentina. It is a very interesting challenge due to the great competitiveness and demand of this market, especially in the premium segment, which is where MAHLE wants to always position all its products. Considering that MAHLE is not the leader in this business, we must fight to capture, each year, a greater market share, a management that requires a high level of negotiation with international and external clients combined with maximum optimization of the resources assigned. However, the daily activity is not limited to sales, what enriches my experience even more is my responsibility for sales planning, product line development, evolution of stocks, entries, marketing budget and actions in medias, as well as design of promotional campaigns and trade talks with clients and employees of our distributors.
My role is demanding yet dynamic and challenging, so it is very compatible with my business profile and my professional interests. Also, my motivation is complemented at human level with a pleasant and efficient work team. On the other hand, the company’s multinational nature also allows applying and expecting experiences in other countries that contribute knowledge not only of new markets but also of other people, areas, policies and organization of the company at corporate level. "I am an electromechanical engineer, graduated from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional – Facultad Regional de Rafaela. I entered in December 1999 in what was EDIVAL, company purchased by MAHLE in 2007. I worked for 3 years as Quality Engineering assistant in the Quality Management department, from 2000 to 2002. After, during the years 2003 and 2004, I took part in a development plan in the Quality Management department for the training of quality experts, passing through the areas of Metrology & Process Audit. As part of the experience, I was sent to the valve production plan in Braga (Portugal), owned by the company at the time, to perform management tasks in the area of quality. In the years 2005 to 2007, I worked as industrial assistant, reporting directly to the industrial management. From 2008 to 2011, I worked in the Production department as production coordinator. I was appointed head of production in May this year 2012.
As a MAHLE employee, I feel very proud and thankful. I have had in all these years the opportunities to train, grow and develop myself professionally and personally. I have obtained much expertise in the areas of quality and production, in the management of personnel, conflict situations, negotiations, leadership and coaching. I would recommend MAHLE to anyone interested because it is a very good company to work in, due to its work environment, professionalism and respect of the employees, and due to the possibilities of building a solid career in the company."

"I am an electromechanical technician and I am currently concluding the Electromechanical Engineering course. In the year 1993, while attending the sixth year of technical school, I was part of an Apprentice project, promoted by the school and various companies of the city. That was when I entered Edival, where I passed through different areas of the company like production, engineering workshop, maintenance, metrology and laboratory, which allowed me to obtain know-how and learn different manufacturing techniques and processes. In the year 1999, I joined the company definitively, in the Purchases Department, as promoter and to start managing the first quality tools, in purchases. Over the years and thanks to the motivation I got from my superiors as well as from the various work teams I participated in, I obtained know-how, through internal and external courses, that allowed me to obtain experience, which led me to play the role of buyer. Later and after MAHLE purchased the company Edival in 2007, new challenges were presented, which led me to currently play the role of purchases supervisor in the Rafaela unit.
I am very proud to work in MAHLE, since in the course of the 13 years in which I have been in the company I have been able to grow personally and professionally, which has motivated me to face the new challenges that have arisen. MAHLE has supported me immensely during my career in my professional training as well as in my career development. "I am an electronic engineer. I started to work in the Maintenance sector in 2004. My first experience was as a plant electrician. Some months later, after obtaining certain know-how, I was promoted to the position of electrical/electronic maintenance expert. Since the year 2006, I have been the head of electrical/electronic maintenance.
As a MAHLE employee, I feel that each day that begins is a new challenge to be overcome, a new opportunity for improvement. The company gives me the opportunity to increase my knowledge because it is constantly incorporating new technologies in the various manufacturing processes. This is great because it allows me to stay current in my profession.

I entered MAHLE on the 1st of March 2006, and I initially worked as Logistics & Quality Coordinator in the BU1 unit (EO). After one year, I started to work as logistics coordinator in the Aftermarket division and was soon promoted to the current position.
