We have several learning methods for professional improvement guided by the development of MAHLE Competences. These include presence-based training, on-line English and training at the workstation. We also have the Education Stipend for those professionals who need to fit their education background to position needs, and the Language Stipend, for developing the language required for the function.

The PEP – Professional Evolution Program was created in 2010 with the objective of recognizing and retaining our talents in Engineering, Research and Information Technology. It is a complementary evaluation of performance that includes specific criteria, such as formal education, specializations and differentiated professional deliveries in these areas, involving experience in project management, international representativeness, application of expertise in the area of operation, in-depth knowledge in processes, among others, with the possibility of initiating a career as a Specialist.

  • The criteria for eligibility for participating in PEP are:
  • Hold a Technician, Technologist or Senior level Engineer position;
  • Demonstrate differentiated performance;

Have an advanced level of English.

The PEP evaluation is held annually in April.

  • MAHLE Global: Quarterly publication that informs all employees and family members about the main subjects at MAHLE units in Brazil and abroad. Other communication tools, such as bulletin boards and Intranet, make the internal communication process faster.
  • HR On-Line: Communication system where employees can access their personal and work data at self-service kiosks.
  • Knowledge Channel: Information and application integration tool that aims to facilitate the generation, encrypting, dissemination and appropriation of knowledge, with the objective of achieving organizational excellence through employee interaction.
