It is challenging to me for prioritizing those tasks.

When quality of piston's surface treatment falls, usually it woud take some time to get solved before. Now I am pleased to inform that after two years of trial and error adjustment frequency became lower just as other product.

Because connection with people is very important at work, I consider as one face-to-face meeting equals to a thousand times of e-mail.
Treffen Jemanden in person ist wert 1000 Emails.

As of working with people from various countries and regions I have learned to understand and have respect for them so that the team will be united eventually. My goal is to become a key person of each brand who could act as an intermediary between MAHLE Japan and MAHLE group in Asia-Pacific.

Of course, I enjoy my private life as well. I have fun picking edible wild plants with colleagues which would not be able to experience at Europe.
