Associate Engineer - College Graduate Program

  • The MAHLE Behr - College Graduate Program (Engineering Track) at MAHLE Behr USA provides entry-level engineers a comprehensive understanding of the engineering processes involved in the automotive Thermal Management industry.
  • The program focuses on providing the guidance and training necessary to encourage you to take on more responsibility in each of the primary engineering functions as you progress through the rotational program.
  • Your exposure and hands-on experience working in each area will afford you a look at the role each function plays in a successful organization, which will help you chart your long-term goals.
  • Engineers in the program will complete a total of 4 job rotations during a one year period. Examples of job rotations and approximate durations are as follows:
  • Process Planning (3 months)
  • HVAC or Engine Cooling Development (3 months)
  • Quality (3 months)
  • Plant Six Sigma Team (3 months)
  • A Bachelor or Master’s of Science degree in Engineering
  • Automotive related Internship/co-op experience preferred
  • Demonstrated academic excellence (3.0 GPA or equivalent)
  • An interest in the automotive industry
  • The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • The ability to work within a diverse team
  • A passion for technology
