Of course we set great store on further education and training of our employees in the production area too. We continually offer courses toward forklift licenses, first-aid courses or internal higher qualifications toward machine operator licences. Moreover we give our employees the opportunity to work around their shift-work and attend the HTL Wolfsberg vocational education college to complete a course in six to eight semesters. If they do the morning shift, courses take place in the afternoon, and vice versa.
