MAHLE goes HTL – cooperative studies to become an engineer

As part of the "MAHLE goes HTL" project, which his unique throughout Austria – a cooperation agreement between MAHLE and the HTL Wolfsberg vocational education college –, you can complete a course at the HTL as a MAHLE employee – in six to eight weeks despite shift work. The lesson plan is entirely geared to your shift schedule. If you have the morning shift, lessons take place in the afternoon, and vice versa. Thus you can go your own way alongside your job by pursuing cooperative studies – for example to become a mechanical engineer.

The great advantage of the new educational system: Whether qualification for university entrance (Matura), as master craftsman, foreman, craftsman or a skilled worker – the modular structure enables you to build on a broad spectrum of prior qualifications. That means individual advancement for you. Of course, your qualifications will be credited.

In addition, you can expect selectable modules for customized additional qualifications. In these modules, you can gain the knowledge that is specifically important for MAHLE. Thus you will be excellently prepared for your new challenges with us.
