Good to know – our application tips.

To ensure that you make a good impression, please keep the following points in mind:

1. Make it easy for us.
Good presentation is critically important to your application. Therefore please send us your up to date and accurate CV and letter in no more than 4 pages.

2. The critical point: arriving safely.
How we prefer to receive your application? There’s no question about it: online. After all, we will receive your application faster and we can get in touch with you faster as well. The key point: You should send your application directly to the contact listed on the job listing.
In preparing your e-mail application, we urge you to include all documents and attachments in a PDF or Word Document that has a maximum size of 5 MB.

3. Happy to answer questions.
Would you like to have more information about the job opening? Then get in touch with the contact you will find in the contact section.

4. Set your priorities & apply.
Are you interested in more than one job opening? No problem. Please send us one application in which you list your first interest, and then any other positions. If your profile is better suited for these other positions, we will automatically forward your application internally.

5. Supporting documents.
Please don't email or send us supporting documents. If you are invited to interview we will let you know what documents you should bring with you.

6. No positions – don’t panic.
You have visited our job listing, but didn’t find the right opening for you? No problem. Just send us your application, and we will determine whether we have a suitable position for you.

7. Recruitment agencies.
MAHLE operates a strict policy regarding recruitment agencies' submission of unsolicited or speculative CVs. We have an approved supplier list and will invite CVs from its approved supplier list, as and when requested. We regret that all other CVs received from agencies will be discarded. The Purchasing Department manages the approved supplier list on behalf of the Human Resources Department. If you are an agency or recruitment consultancy and wish to be considered, please contact the Purchasing Department in the first instance and they will advise how to proceed.
