I joined MAHLE as a new graduate in 2007 after I heard diesel engine will develop in the future from my college professor.

When first joining the company I was sent for on site training at casting group, processing group, currently belong to processing technology group and I am in charge of new line idea conception, improvement activity, productivity enhancement, jig design and piston coating. It is challenging to me for prioritizing those tasks.

When quality of piston's surface treatment falls, usually it woud take some time to get solved before. Now I am pleased to inform that after two years of trial and error adjustment frequency became lower just as other product.

I joined MAHLE as a new graduate in 2002. I was sent to the factory and experienced training for three months then was assigned to the department of IT Center Asia. At first, I was responsible for internal PC maintenance, then was called up as a member of team when starting a new project regarding mission-critical system.

Currently my main duty is to manage and improve quality of SAP system which every MAHLE company in Asia is using nowadays. Because SAP system is being used at many locations, we must serve 24 hours 365 days whatsoever to make sure the system is running smoothly. Although still I feel the worth and satisfaction of doing my job and make the team unite.

I have been transferred to Germany since 2013 for three years. While I was at Germany through participating project and got connected with people there, have learned so much about how they think, how they work, and how they fulfill their tasks. At the same time it was also a very good experience for me to look around Japan and Asia from outside point of view.

I wish you all the best to challenge this globalized environment as personnel exchange is also tending to rise in the future.

My goal is to systematize the great Craftsmanship of Japan and continuously achieve to build up a system that could make it to Global Standard.

I joined MAHLE as a mid-career in 2012. I was in charge of processing and quality assurance the race parts for two‐wheeled / four‐wheeled at previous company. The reason I chose MAHLE is because it's an opportunity to work at global company and could demonstrate my ability which have been cultivated. Also attracts me that MAHLE developed parts in-house. I am currently a leader of measurement team and in charge of quality assurance for mass-produced products / trial products at Saitama factory. I also have various kinds of duty which would be the training for team members and to communicate with overseas bases.

In recent years MAHLE has become multi-functionalized and product form would be complicated. It is worth working with building up an evaluation process and new business trial. My job is worthwhile and fulfilling that I could use my processing technology and evaluation method skills which have been cultivated not just measuring but also to follow up feedbacks for design and development field that eventually leads to mass produce.
