Your Role & Responsibilities
- Concept and development of system architecture for E-Traction Drive Systems from requirement analysis to series industrialization
- Support in creating requirement specifications for suppliers and system specifications for customers
- Design and conception of system architectures (hardware, software and mechanics) based on system specifications
- Evaluation of system architectures with the help of technical analysis, modelling, simulation and benchmarking
- Creation of system architecture specifications
- Professional management and coordination of all sub-project employees within the framework of the concept and system architecture development
- Ensuring compliance with the process requirements for system architecture design according to ASPICE and ISO26262
- Further development, introduction, training and implementation of concept and system architecture development incl. change management in the area of mechatronics with focus on E-Traction Drive Systems
- Contact person for internal and international development teams as well as for customers on topics relating to system architecture development
Your Skills & Strengths
- Master's degree in electronics, mechatronics,E-drive technology or a comparable field of study
- Deep knowledge of the development of electricaldrive systems (inverters and electric machines) forautomotive applications
- Very good knowledge and practical experience inarchitectural development for electric drive systems withinverters and electrical machines
- Very good knowledge and practical experience in theimplementation of FOC control for PMSM / ASM (48V/400V/800V) with the help of model-baseddevelopment methods
- Very good knowledge of important and safety-relevant system functions
- Good knowledge of inverter hardware development (hardware architecture, functions)
- Good knowledge of inverter software development (software architecture, functions)
- Experience in the analysis of customer requirements as well as derivation of system requirements
- Good knowledge and practical experience with requirement engineering tools (such as Polarion, Doors) and system architecture development environments (e.g. Enterprise Architect)
- Good methodological knowledge of problem solving and the development of new innovative solution patterns, processes, methods and procedures in the field
- Concept and system architecture development
- Experience in development processes with ASPICE andFunctional Safety (FuSi according to ISO26262)
- Structured working methods, strong analytical and conceptual skills, strong creativity andinnovativity, high sense of responsibility, high assertiveness, initiative, commitment, agile working method, high social competence, pronouncedcommunication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
