Project Manager

  • Responsible for the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of internal and external projects
  • Actively work at both the strategic and tactical levels, from high-level vision, roadmap and service strategy to participating in the day-to-day delivery of individual features and stories
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Planning, budgeting and reporting on project status to upper management
  • Develop, maintain, and actively participate with the team using project management deliverables for the successful launch and continuous delivery of projects, including: implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies
  • Active participation with customer teams to identify areas in need of improvement to increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests
  • Accountable with the team for on time product delivery, product quality, cost, and operations
  • Serve as the product owner in Agile / SCRUM development process
  • Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
  • Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5 years of Technical Project Management / Agile Product Owner experience is desired
  • Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements
  • Knowledge of vehicle components and diagnostics
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems
  • Technically savvy and able to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals is required
  • Hands on experience with Hardware / Software Development is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • PMI-ACP Certification is desired
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification is desired
