Would you like to take on assignments with a high level of responsibility? We are seeking exceptional Graduate Engineers in mechanical, electrical/electronic, software or automation engineering disciplines to contribute to the growth and development of our Engineering team to shape the future within the constantly evolving automotive industry. MAHLE Powertrain is a global Engineering Consultancy that specialises in the design, development and integration of advanced internal combustion engines and electrified powertrain systems. What would we provide for you? • A 2 Year Graduate Development Programme, commencing in September 2019 • Live project experience, assignments and numerous departmental rotations • Exposure to a selection of engineering disciplines such as design, predictive analysis, performance development, electrification, hybridisation, Real Driving Emissions (RDE) development, controls and software, instrumentation, testing facilities development and automated testing • Extensive interpersonal and business skills training, diverse learning experiences • Opportunity to become a STEM Ambassador • Mentoring and coaching from our experienced engineers and leaders • Ongoing progression reviews to support your development • MAHLE Group head office visit in Germany and various site visits in the UK • Innovative, dynamic and friendly work environment
