SAP - WM Support Analyst

Workplace: Wrocław

  • Reporting to the FIG1.2 MM/WM Teamlead. Your role will be to deliver 1st and 2nd level IT support for SAP WM topics. Your role will include monitoring, troubleshooting and supply chain process analysis of all relevant SAP WM processes and system assets.
  • You take substantial responsibility for Materials Management and Warehouse Management problem resolution and communication
  • You take initiative particularly in non-conformance of Materials Management and Warehouse Management processing and system errors
  • You document the reporting, investigation and outcome of all problems reported for agreed partners
  • You ensure that required data is available for use by those carrying out investigations and ensuring that actions are correct
  • You evaluate (in the first instance) the impact of defects and problems
  • You keep relevant stakeholders (internal and external) informed of status of SAP WM initiatives, by direct or delegated production of reports
  • You ensure departmental processes are followed and adhered to
  • You verify that agreed actions relating to problem investigation and clearance, are taken within the agreed timescales
  • SAP knowledge in the system WM is a must
  • Educated to degree level
  • Ideally you should have a minimum of three years SAP WM project and system experience
  • Automotive Supply Chain experience is very beneficial
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, high self-motivation. Although working independently you will form part of a dedicated global MM/WM support team
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability and willingness to provide knowledge transfer to others
  • Ability to prioritise and understand business impact of IT system
  • Strong IT system affinity
  • Fluent in English
