Responsible for the Controlling activities of the Mechatronics (BX) Division including strategic planning, reporting and operations analysis.

# Responsible for management reporting of BX NA including R&D and Capital planning functions. Assists with the establishment of key metrics and helps lead the team to meet or exceed these metrics by inspiring and supporting the operational and functional team members. # Manages and facilitate budgeting and forecasting. # Controls working capital and capital expenditures, including development and approval of business cases and appropriation requests. #Serves as the point of contact with BX Controlling in headquarters as well as key interface for BX subdivisions and plants on all controlling topics. #Supports regional and global initiatives for Controlling, Finance, Accounting and Tax including process improvements, consistency of practices and data accuracy. # Ensures the application of accounting principles are consistent with MAHLE guidelines (BIRLI) and (KORILI). #Responsible for monthly closing activities and reporting. #Performs detailed analysis of actuals vs. targets to drive improvement of profitability. #Prepares and presents financial information and presentations to BX Leadership Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • 10 + years of experience in an accounting/finance role with growing level of responsibility.
  • Experience with product costing in an automotive manufacturing environment.Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams, with demonstrated success over a variety of business problems.
  • Strong analytical capability is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • ERP knowledge required, SAP preferred.
  • Some travel required
