Talent Management Intern

  • Work with the Talent Management Media Specialist in the development of employer branding activities, including social media content development and career fairs utilizing social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the Talent Development team in preparation of Learning & Development programs, materials, class registration, bio preparation, scheduling, planning events, and logistics. Assist in organizing and recording class information in the MAHLE Learning Management System.
  • Assist the team with Employee Engagement topics such as Diversity initiatives, Performance Management system administration, and Employee Survey processing.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and process Talen Management team invoices.
  • Coordinate special projects and attend events as assigned.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Preferred Junior standing or above in Bachelor's degree program in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Business from four year college or university.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Independent problem solving, self-motivated and hard working.
  • Social media knowledge.
  • Ability to work full time preferred.
