Human Resources Coordinator

  • Act as key resource within Corporate HR department, providing support and assistance to partner HR staff.
  • Develop, promote, maintain and track campus internship program, including support for day to day intern related issues, payroll maintenance and ensure strong alignment with our talent acquisition strategies.
  • Acts as coordinator for campus training and education processes
  • Helps to drive and facilitate employee orientation and onboarding, including the tracking of completion.
  • Support and drive the execution of campus events and activities.
  • Prepares routine reports, presentations and other projects and tasks relating to the overall HR function. Carries out multiple functions through SAP system.
  • Maintain employee personnel files in accordance to retention policies.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Human Resources Management or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of two to three years of experience working within an HR department is preferred.
  • Experience with training program administration and coordination.
  • Knowledge of company internship program development and administration as it aligns with talent acquisition.
  • Human Resources Certification is desirable (PHR / SHRM).
  • Ability to handle projects and meet timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
