  • Reporting lines -Talent acquisition manager
  • Scope of functions
  • -Lead and control the recruitment process and hiring of talent, support key internal stakeholder relationships in the business, deal with external recruiting agency partners and CM agency partners
  • -Support recruitment activities for the MAHLE Business Units in Japan, especially engineer positions
  • -Actively support the implementation of a corporate HR strategic project Recruiting Center in Japan, through processes to support mid-career and graduate recruitment.
  • -Support the introduction of an ATS system in accordance with hiring needs.
  • -Support the general organization of the recruitment group, and information and data.
  • -Conduct screening and interviews with candidates.
  • -Support and develop the induction training for newly recruited hires
  • -Actively support the MAHLE internal job market and internal publishing of open positions
  • -Contribute to achievement of recruitment KPIs and regular reporting to management
  • Education and experience level
  • -2 years practical experience as an HR generalist without recrutment activties
  • -3 years in recruitment related role, technical engineering recruitment experience is preferred.
  • -Experience in manufacuring, related industry or compex organization an advantage
  • -Hands on approach, with team leader experience is preferred
  • -Highly motivated and hard learner.
  • -Flexibility to handle issues between inter-hierarchy, inter-regions, cross-functional, cross-business
  • -Able to handle different deadlines and time pressures
  • -Good communication and people skills in both English and Japanese
  • -Understanding of business etiquette both Japanese and International contexts
  • -Command in MS Word, PPT and EXCEL is a must
  • Languages
  • -Japanese at native or advanced business level is a must
  • -English: fluent in reading and writing (business level)
