Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building and executing talent acquisition strategies that ensure the quality of the candidate experience, strengthen the recruitment brand, and builds a talent pipeline for MAHLE. This includes accessing and managing recruitment systems and tools as well as assessing recruitment effectiveness. This position collaborates closely, both internally and externally, with local HR Teams, hiring managers, employees, referrals, active candidates and passive leads to continually improve MAHLE’s recruitment efforts.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that optimize and align the recruitment life cycle across North America.
  • Utilize analytics to select a variety of resources including community events, recruiting technology, social media, etc. to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with the impact team as well as the project leads to select and implement STEM goals and objectives. .
  • Act as subject matter expert for experienced talent recruitment and relationships.
  • Ensure selected recruiting tools and technology are utilized efficiently to maximize accuracy of applicant data.
  • Assist in our College Relations strategy to build a strong foundation for recruiting and relations with students and entry-level talent.
  • Work with outside recruitment agencies as necessary to ensure a qualified talent pipeline.
  • Stay informed on creative sourcing techniques to cultivate diverse talent pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Corporate Recruiting/Talent Acquisition leadership required involving full recruitment life cycle management.
  • A successful track record of managing recruiting/talent acquisition in a dynamic organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of recruiting technology (ATS, LinkedIn, Boadbean, Careerbuilder,etc.) to ensure maximum efficiency, including improved applicant experience.
  • Attention to detail Ability to travel 25%
