Technical Support Supervisor

  • Coordinate and build Service Provider network and contracts.
  • Support outside sales with customer, product and pricing information.
  • Support International sales with freight quotes and equipment information.
  • Maintain customer database and open accounts as approved by credit department.
  • Coordinate with shipping, receiving, product development, etc. to ensure customer deliveries and achieved on schedule.
  • Answer filter application questions about installation, change intervals, where to purchase, etc. from multiple private brand customers
  • Conduct research on the web for new applications that are not currently listed in our application database
  • Convert requests from Consumers, Customer Service, Outside Salesforce and Manufacturing Facility
  • Use the Hotline for application assistance and competitor part number interchanges
  • Maintain knowledge of all private brand customers Within the position’s scope, contribute to completion of departmental objectives (technical, financial, quality)
  • Maintain awareness of, and meet, the requirements of the Company Quality System
  • Required to observe all safety rules and regulations. Must act safely and be responsible for the safety of others around work area
  • Lead department to deliver superior customer service and satisfaction
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years customer service or call center experience; preferably in the auto industry
  • General Automotive knowledge
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good PC skills: Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel and Access)
  • Ability to work occasional weekends
