SAP HR, HCM Support Analyst – 1st line

  • Support global on-premise and cloud applications like
  • Concur (ticketing, interface monitoring, end-user support)
  • LearningHub (ticketing, interface monitoring, end-user support)
  • EnableNow (ticketing, interface monitoring, end-user support)
  • ESS support (WebDynpro, UI5) Technical issues, End User support
  • Charm Process handling, content check, Regular reminders sent to Users responsible for open ChaRM
  • General documentation and knowledge base updates
  • Regular cleanup and monitoring activitiesUser and role management on a global level
  • Create update and maintain authorization roles according to MAHLE guidelines procedures)
  • Analyze authorization issues
  • Solve authorization conflicts and violations
  • User Management for HR related topics
  • System access issues due to HR master data gaps – analysis
  • Support ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) rollout and ongoing support
  • Support Segregation of Duty within the Authorizations
  • Support GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) within the HCM user and access area
  • SAP knowledge in the system SAP HR is a must,
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, high self-motivation. Although working independently you will form part of a dedicated global SAP HR support team
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability and willingness to provide knowledge transfer to others
  • Ability to prioritise and understand business impact of IT system
