MAHLE Recruiting-Portal eMploy

You can subscribe to one or more job agents in the “ Jobs” section. They will inform you about new job vacancies via email.

For an advertised position in Germany, please send your application via the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal eMploy. To do so, click on the link “Click here for applying online.” in the respective job vacancy in order to register at the portal.

Please notice, the information you need for the application can be found in the respective job vacancy.

If you can’t find a suitable job posting at present, we recommend subscribing to a job agent. If you still don’t receive any suitable job postings, here you have the possibility to provide your documents to our applicant pool. Please note, however, that we only refer to this pool if we do not receive any suitable applications through our usual channels. If this happens, and your profile matches the particular job posting, our HR team will contact you.

The supported standard browsers for accessing the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal eMploy are Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.

Please check if the confirmation email has been sent to your spam folder. It is also possible that you have provided an incorrect email address. If this is the case, please log on to the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal eMploy and correct your details. You probably have already registered at the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal eMploy. Please check this first of all. If this is not the case and your username has already been assigned, please choose a different name. For your convenience, we suggest that you use your email address as your username.

If you have forgotten your username or password, please click here and enter your e-mail address on the next page. You will receive your username and a new password shortly.

Please have the following documents ready when applying: Cover letter, résumé, transcripts, other report cards as well as certificates, recommendations, and/or references relevant to the corresponding job posting.

Your uploaded documents should not exceed 10 MB at total. Please ensure that the files you upload are in one of the following formats: DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PDF, PPT, or PPTX.

Our HR team can only see your application once you have completed and sent it.

Yes you can. When you are filling out your application, your data is saved every time you move on to the next page. The next time you log in, you can complete or update your profile. Click here to complete your application now.

Yes, you can also complete or update your profile at any time after you have sent your application. The only exception here is your cover letter; this cannot be changed later. Furthermore your contact person will not be informed about any changes you make to your profile.

After we have successfully received your application, you will be sent a confirmation email.

You can activate your profile for the applicant pool under the tab “Overview & approval”. At this point, we recommend you to check the box so that your profile can be considered for other job vacancies as well.

Our HR team only refers to this pool if we do not receive any suitable applications through the usual channels. We will only contact you if this is the case and your profile matches the criteria for the particular job posting. We therefore recommend being proactive and subscribing to one or more suitable job agents here.

You can withdraw your application by marking it and clicking on the “Withdraw” button. If you have not yet sent off your application, you can just delete it.

“In draft form” means that your application is still incomplete and has not yet been sent. Once you send off your application, the contact person for the job vacancy will review your application and set the status to “in progress.” If you no longer want your application to be considered for the application process, please withdraw it.

After we have received your application, you will be sent a confirmation email. Our HR team will now review your application.

Your personal data will be saved in line with the Data Protection Act. Further information on how your personal data will be handled can be found here.

Yes you can. Please use the link “Click here for applying online.” in your job posting to register on the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal eMploy. For an additional application, all you need to do is update your information and write an appropriate cover letter for the new job vacancy.
