Have you sent your application to us? Very good! We are taking a look at it. This overview will show what will happen next and how we select the right candidates for MAHLE.

OUR SELECTION PROCESS:
1. Receipt of an application /curriculum vitae (c.v.)
2. Review of documents by HR Manager
3. Forwarding of reviewed applications to the relevant functional department
4. Rejection or invitation to an initial job interview
5. First job interview: led by HR Manager and head of the relevant functional department
6. Rejection or invitation to the second job interview
7. Second Job Interview:in addition to the HR Manager and head of the relevant functional department a plant manager takes part in this interview (depending on the position)
8. Rejection or job offer to the finalist
9. Signing of an employment contract
