Chongqing MAHLE Engine Components (Chongqing) Co., Ltd (MECC) was founded in 2004 and is fully owned by MAHLE GmbH. Located in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and close to the Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, MECC covers a land area of around 45 thousand square meters. The company specializes in the production of pistons ranging from Φ30mm to Φ130 for general-purpose engines, motorcycle engines and automotive engines. More than 60% of products are exported to North America, South America, Europe, India, Thailand, etc.

MAHLE Behr Thermal Systems (Jinan) Co., Ltd.is the wholly owned subsidiary of

BU3(thermal management) of MAHLE Group,which started production in

December 2009 and locates in Jinan City,Shandong Province of China.Its product portfolio includes cooling modules,radiator,charg air cooler,Visco® fan,tubes,condenser,iCAC and Commercial &Residential MCHE product.Customers include CNHTC,Beiben Truck,Sichuan Hyundai,Volvo UD,KAMAZ.

MAHLE Tri-Ring Valve Train (Hubei) Co., Ltd, a sino-German joint venture, which is located in Macheng, Hubei – a new transportation junction in central China. In January 2007, an alliance between MAHLE Group from Germany and Hubei Tri-ring Valve Co., Ltd was carried out, a JV named MAHLE Tri-ring Valve Train (Hubei) Co., Ltd was established, with registered capital USD 14 million, total investment amounted to USD 1000 million with the world first-class valve production line. Our factory area is 101,000㎡, while building area 51,600㎡. Main products are internal combustion engine intake & exhaust valves. Products cover all vehicle series like heavy duty, medium duty, light duty, mini and sedan. More than 50 automotive OEMs are our customers, such as VW, BMW, Mercedes Benz, FAW Group, Dongfeng Group, DPCA, etc. Now market share in domestic OEMs is 22%, of which more than 80% are sodium filled hollow valves. We also export products to foreign countries like Germany, Russia, etc.

Qingdao MAHLE Behr Thermal Systems (Qingdao) Co., Ltd was established in Qingdao in June 2008. It is wholly-owned subsidiary of MAHLE BU3. We focus on the design and production of automotive engine electronic thermal control system, related temperature control devices and the input and output components of automotive electronic control system. Our current customers: GM, Ford, Chery, BYD and Volkswagen etc.

MAHLE Behr Service Asia Co., Ltd (a.k.a MBSCN) was established in Jan., 2004 in Shanghai, is

100% subsidiary of MAHLE Behr Service GmbH and supplies automobile manufacturers and their sales centers in global region with spare parts for vehicle air conditioning and engine cooling

Systems as well as A/C service equipment.

MAHLE Holding (China) Co., Ltd. (a.k.a. MHC) was established in Shanghai in April, 2006, providing services in the areas of finance, HR, IT, purchasing, quality & HSE management as well as corporate communications to other MAHLE operations in China as the regional headquarters. Having been expanded twice in 2012 and 2014 respectively, MHC now boasts a total area of over 65,000m2, including a number of state-of-the-art labs and test benches, a production site of over 15,000m2, and offices that can seat 800 employees.

MAHLE Electric Drives (Taicang) CO., LTD. (MEDT) is established in 2005, is located in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province.Company provides the Starter Motors, Generators, DC Motor, AC Motor and Control System, etc., and synchronization in the mahle group production bases around the world (Europe, Iran, Brazil, Belarus, Russia, India etc.), through the mahle group mechanical and electrical sales network to transfer high quality products to all over the world. MAHLE Electric Drives (Taicang) CO., LTD have many advanced production assembly lines, with high-end testing equipment to carry out strict inspection of all parts, to ensure the excellent quality of all products, and rely on intelligent and innovative solutions to continue to grow.

Since MAHLE's participation in Dec,1998,MAHLE Filter systems(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd. became the first MAHLE entity in China. MAHLE Holding(China) are now the holding company. The company is located in Wuqing District, Tianjin with 2 plants totaling an area of 26,000m2. Its main products include air filters, air intake manifolds, cylinder head covers, oil pumps. etc.

Wuhan MAHLE Filtration Systems (Hubei) Co., Ltd is located in Phoenix industrial park, Wuhan Economic and Technological development zone of convenient transportation, which is another important investment in China. Plant launched construction in September 2013 and formally SOP in August 2014. The production is mainly engaged in automotive filtration systems products (such as fuel filter, oil filter, air filter), engine peripheral systems products (intake manifold, head cover, oil cooler) and other key automotive parts supporting services for GM、CHAM、TOYOTA、 DFL、DRAC、BMW、CHANG‘AN、Ford、VOLVO、CJLR、FBAC、DPCA、DFCV、SHAC、WEICHAI and other automotive enterprise. The company obtained ISO/TS16949, ISO/14001 & OHSAS/18000 in 2015. The operation management of MFSH shall follow MAHLE Group core business processes to provide brilliant products and efficiency service to customers depends on its powerful technology.
