MAHLE France SAS is a holding company of MAHLE group for France which includes Sales activities, Research and Development center and support (Sales administration, controlling, Sales support, Finance, Payroll and Human Resources) within 3 different locations and also locally within other MAHLE sites in France.

The head office is based in Rouffach (68) within the largest French production plant: MAHLE Behr France Rouffach.

You will find there our Finance, IT, Payroll and HR teams. The Sales teams, Research and developpment center (BU2) and Sales Support are based in Rueil-Malmaison (92).

The Sales administration and Controlling sales teams are located in the Lyon region (Décines) where we have a buffer stock of automotive parts dedicated to our French automaker customers.

With more than 80 employees, MAHLE France SAS is a multicultural SME (9 nationalities) 37% of whom are women.

The average age of our employees is 45 years and the average length of service is 14 years.

MAHLE France SAS meets its obligations to employ disabled workers and encourages occasional Mobile Office work.
