Chavanod is located near Annecy, a city of 50,000 inhabitants. (120 000 with its agglomeration), ideally located between lake and mountain. It is pleasant to walk there, as well on the promenade of Paquier at the edge of the lake as in the pedestrian streets at the foot of the medieval castle, former residence of the counts of Geneva.

Annecy is nicknamed "the Venice of the Alps" because of the canals that cross the Old City. The iconic Palais de l'Île once served as a prison and now houses the Architecture and Heritage Interpretation Center.

The lake, the second largest natural lake in France, has an area of 27.5 km and offers bathing waters of great purity. The sporting activities are numerous: bathing, sailing, diving, water skiing, but also cyclotourism at the edge of the lake thanks to a secure way of more than 40 km, activities of mountain in the nearby winter sports resorts like that of La Clusaz .

The company MAHLE Behr France Hambach is based on the Sarreguemines Europole in Hambach in the Greater East region. Located directly next to the INEOS manufacturer. Our production site, whose main activities are the manufacture of condensers and battery coolers for electric vehicles, employs approximately 300 employees. Equipped with 5 soldering furnaces and modern production lines, we supply almost all car manufacturers. We have free private parking for our employees.

Location information:

Hambach is a small town in the Moselle region with about 3000 inhabitants, halfway between Metz and Strasbourg. There are supermarkets, small shops, restaurants, hotels and even a beautiful leisure pond in a superb green setting. Hambach is very well served by the A4 motorway linking Strasbourg to Paris. There is a proximity to the German border (about ten kilometers from our factory). A shopping center with various leisure activities is located about 20 kilometers away. The city of Sarreguemines offers many leisure activities with its museums, swimming pool, cinema, shops and schools. The City of Saarbrucken and its many activities can be reached within 25 minutes.

The Sales administration and Controlling sales teams are located in the Lyon region (Décines) where we have a buffer stock of automotive parts dedicated to our French automaker customers.

MAHLE Filtersysteme France SAS, Seboncourt, Hauts de France

MAHLE Filtersysteme France SAS is located in Seboncourt, in the heart of the Hauts-de-France region. We have around 140 employees on the site, there are produced filters and filter elements by injection and blow molding processes. The site has a dedicated employee parking, a refectory and a training room. Employees appreciate the friendly atmosphere, as well as the transparency of the relationship between employees and management.

The village of Seboncourt, nestled in lush greenery, has 1,100 inhabitants. It is close to historic towns, all within a radius of 20 km: Bohain-en-Vermandois, emblematic city of the textile industry in the XIXth century, Guise for its castle and the Godin familistery (‘social palace’), Le Cateau-Cambrésis where the painter Henri Matisse was born and where a museum is dedicated to him, as well as Saint Quentin art deco icon and its basilica.
