Founded in Parma in 2001, MAHLE Aftermarket Italia specializes in the development and production of diagnostic tools and software, AC charging stations and exhaust gas measurement equipment. The new headquarters opened in June 2020 and is located on an area of 15,000 square meters, in a strategic position, near Italy’s main highway and a few minutes from the city center. The production area currently houses the production lines for Autodiagnosis, Digital ADAS, Emission Control, Fluid Service and AC Service. The entire design of the work layout is inspired by "Lean" criteria, to optimize productivity and information flow, with a view to ensuring the highest quality standards. First in the industry, MAHLE Aftermarket Italy has introduced an innovative roller conveyor system for the AC Service and Fluid Service lines, allowing for the implementation of the «One Piece Flow» production process. The Facility in Parma is also the core of MAHLE Service Solutions’ engineering design. For this reason, a large area is dedicated to R&D, which has a team of 38 engineers and qualified technicians, with dedicated development and test areas that simulate the garage environment. The large number of open space offices fosters collaboration, sharing and exchange of ideas and the meeting rooms, all soundproofed and equipped with videoconferencing systems, help global interaction. Our Agorà room is used every day not only to spend the lunch break with colleagues but also for business lunches.
Parma is capital of the so-called Motor Valley, stretching from Piacenza to Rimini, which includes brands such as Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Dallara, Ducati. Particularly thanks to companies such as MAHLE, it considered the Italian Silicon Valley of garage equipment. In fact, there are many innovations and excellent solutions that, developed in Parma, have brought quality and technology to international workshops.

MAHLE Componenti Motori Italia in Trento is one of the historical production site in the Region of Trentino Alto Adige. We manufacture engine components: bearings and bushes. Our components purpose guarantee proper engine functioning. Our production process flow starts with strip coils forming, followed by machining and if/when requested also elctroplating – thin metal layer improving parts operation and resistance. Our products are used in different fields: motorbikes, automotive, private and commercial, trucks; and last but not the least, racing. Trento plant is located just outside the city, near the industrial area: easily accessible by public transport or by your own vehicle.
Located in Northern Italy, in the mountain Region of Trentino-Alto Adige, Trento is an attractive tourist location both in winter and summer, for its wonderful Dolomites – Unesco heritage - and its many lakes included the famous Garda Lake. Historically it is known for the famous Council, that took place from 1545 to 1563, and that transformed it into an important European town.
