MAHLE Grugliasco is located in the region of Piedmont with two companies: MAHLE Behr Italy and MAHLE Componenti Motori Italia. Totally the two companies count on 150 employees, thereof 70 in production of thermostats and 10 in the assembly of diesel pistons. In addition, in Grugliasco is based the Sales Office Italy with around 20 Sales & Application Engineers and Project Managers, as well as out Share Service Center Italy for staff. Grugliasco plant is about 14 km from the center of Turin which is connected by public transport; near the plant there are large free parking spaces for employees.

Piedmont is a Region in North Western Italy, of which Turin is the capital. Founded around the third century b.C., and transformed into a Roman colony, Turin with the unification of Italy became the first capital. Surrounded by the Alps, in 2006 it hosted the XX Winter Olympic Games, one of the major symbols of Made in Italy in the world. Today it is the fourth Italian town by population, the third economic-productive center of the country, the hub of the Italian automotive industry, as well as one of the largest university, artistic, tourist, scientific and cultural centers. Inside the symbol of Turin, the Mole Antonelliana, we have the Cinema Museum, a futuristic setting that represents the perfect encounter between tradition and progress. Turin is also known as the city of cinema.

MAHLE Componenti Motori Italia in Trento is one of the historical production site in the Region of Trentino Alto Adige. We manufacture engine components: bearings and bushes. Our components purpose guarantee proper engine functioning. Our production process flow starts with strip coils forming, followed by machining and if/when requested also elctroplating – thin metal layer improving parts operation and resistance. Our products are used in different fields: motorbikes, automotive, private and commercial, trucks; and last but not the least, racing. Trento plant is located just outside the city, near the industrial area: easily accessible by public transport or by your own vehicle.

Located in Northern Italy, in the mountain Region of Trentino-Alto Adige, Trento is an attractive tourist location both in winter and summer, for its wonderful Dolomites – Unesco heritage - and its many lakes included the famous Garda Lake. Historically it is known for the famous Council, that took place from 1545 to 1563, and that transformed it into an important European town. Trento is known for its architectural and historical gems, including Buonconsiglio Castle and Trento Cathedral but also for its University and Research Center. It is a town that has much to offer: not only rich in history, but also with relaxing atmosphere, culture and gastronomic specialties.
