Some of the best improvements start with a simple question:

“Can we do this in a better way?”

Since Achievers Culture was introduced in 2025, employees and teams across MAHLE have asked this question — and turned ideas into real changes in their daily work. These examples show what Entrepreneurship, Accountability and Collaboration can mean in practice.

The Achievers Culture Video Challenge is about these real examples:

What was different before? What do you do differently today? And what is better now?

Join the challenge and record a short video about one thing you and your team now do in a new way since the introduction of Achievers Culture.

How to paricipate?

  • Take your phone, record and upload your video until October 23, 2026
  • A regional jury will select the top videos
  • Regional winners will be recognized for their contributions
Simply scan the QR code with your phone to record or upload your pre-recorded video, or open the LINK on your computer and upload the video.

Whatis it about?

What is it about?

  • Record – together with your colleagues or alone - a scene showing what was different before, and what is better today since the introduction of Achievers Culture
  • Focus on what really made a difference. For example:
    • a process, workflow or meeting that became simpler or faster
    • a safety, quality or customer improvement
    • a better way to work together across teams, shifts or departments
    • an idea from you or your team that helped solve a problem
  • Sometimes a small step leads to a real improvement — making daily work easier, safer, faster or better. What matters is that it is real, practical and connected to your work.

Video requirements:

  • 30–40 seconds in length
  • Filmed on your smartphone
  • Local language (if someone is talking)
  • Real work environment
  • Show, don’t explain
  • Natural and personal — just be yourself; a bit of humor is welcome, too.
    No need to be too serious 😉

Videochecklist

Your video submission in 3 easy steps

1. Choose your access method:
Select how you would like to upload your video, either through the MOZAIK App or a web browser. Both options are available.

2. Enter your details:
Enter your first and last name. This information is required to correctly evaluate and assign your submission.

3. Record or upload your video:
Use your smartphone to record your video by scanning the QR code. Alternatively, you can upload pre-recorded videos directly from your computer or smartphone. If you choose to upload pre-recorded videos, please prepare two separate recordings:

  • Introduction Video (10 seconds)
    Briefly introduce yourself, including:
    • Your name
    • Your role and/or department
    • Your location
  • "Then vs. Now" Video (30 seconds)
    Create a short video with a real example from your daily work showcasing Achievers Culture in action. What did you do before, and what do you do differently today? What mindset, behavior, or process improved? The video should showcase a practical example from your or your team’s day-to-day work. You can also involve one or more colleagues in the video.
