Already in 2016 MAHLE signed Germany’s Diversity Charter and made an official group-wide commitment to fostering diversity and implementing corresponding initiatives.

We are continuously strengthening this commitment with a variety of measures to create the sense of belonging and inclusive work environment: from shaping Diversity & Inclusion values, to integrating Diversity & Inclusion into our business processes as well as raising awareness and empower our employees.


Empowerment of female leaders and professionals

With the Female Empowerment Program for female talents at various career levels, we pursue the goal of empowering women at MAHLE by enabling them to develop and make their individual strengths visible, support each other, and build a strong network. "Female Network Breaks" and other events continue to provide an opportunity for informal exchange. We are globally involved in activities for International Women's Day and participate actively in local external initiatives and networks.

Diversity Day & events

Diversity starts with every individual in our company and as a diverse team we are #StrongerTogether. As a signatory of the Diversity Charter, we have been part of the Diversity Day worldwide since 2016 - each year with different activities such as learning offers, events, insights from our international colleagues and sharing experiences.

Around 71,000 employees shape the work at MAHLE.
