Empowerment of female leaders and professionals

With the Female Empowerment Program for female talents at various career levels, we pursue the goal of empowering women at MAHLE by enabling them to develop and make their individual strengths visible, support each other, and build a strong network. "Female Network Breaks" and other events continue to provide an opportunity for informal exchange. We are globally involved in activities for International Women's Day and participate actively in local external initiatives and networks.

We have expanded our agenda to address all dimensions of diversity with the aim of fostering them throughout our organization. Around 72,500 employees shape the work at MAHLE.
