What do you enjoy most about your tasks as a quality engineer? 

"I really like the balance between strategic and operational projects. I also appreciate the good and open communication at all hierarchical levels - and with our plants around the world." 

How do you experience international cooperation at MAHLE? 

"I work with international colleagues on a daily basis. The intercultural exchange shapes me not only professionally, but also as a person. It has taught me, for example, to communicate more efficiently and to embrace different cultural needs and mindsets."

What drives you every day?

"The people at MAHLE! We work in a very familiar and team-oriented atmosphere where we value each other and our work. It motivates me every day to feel that we all share the same fascination and passion for the automotive industry and technology."

We attach great importance to a healthy working atmosphere - and this is closely related to the design of the workplace. We therefore offer retreat spaces for focused individual work and promote cross-team collaboration with open space elements.

Depending on the job profile and personal situation of the employee, MAHLE offers the possibility of flexible working, for example through home office. In production and development the state-of-the-art equipment and technology strengthen our innovation potential and the smooth running of everyday operations.

Teams from 30 countries combine their enthusiasm and knowledge every day to make mobility more efficient, environmentally friendly and comfortable. Just one example is our e-compressor, which is used in hybrid or electric vehicles. Its successful development and production involved talents of five countries on three continents.
