Co-Creation Sessions: Fostering Collaboration and Innovation


"Together we can foster creative thinking, stimulate innovation potential and improve our ability to innovate. By fostering knowledge sharing, we can develop more comprehensive solutions, strengthen team cohesion, and increase collaboration efficiency," says the team behind the session.

In 2023, the Purchasing Department (Non-Productive Material & CAPEX) in Shanghai initiated the Co-Creation Session to inspire and support each other to work together more effectively. The session was created to address the challenges of team communication and skill development within a diverse team spread across different locations, each with unique expertise and experience.

The co-creation session provides a common platform for employees with similar learning needs and brings together team members working on related topics. The project has been a great success, with more than 40 employees taking advantage of the opportunity to share knowledge, engage in discussions, and collaborate on new solutions. The team is proud of the interest and commitment shown by their colleagues and plans to make a bigger impact by offering more sessions.
