Founded in 2022 by our Itajubá quality department in Brazil, Nós, which means "we" in Portuguese, is a vibrant initiative dedicated to fostering a more inclusive environment. Focused on five key areas—LGBTQIA+, racism, integration of people with disabilities, gender equality, and age discrimination—Nós has made remarkable strides in promoting diversity and inclusion.

With a passionate team of around 35 members, Nós champions respect for differences and cultivates empathy, underlining the belief that together, we achieve more. This dynamic initiative actively encourages everyone to embrace empathy and places respect and tolerance at the forefront of their daily interactions. The impact of Nós is evident in its engaging monthly events and continuous communication activities such as newsletters on different diversity topics, which serve as platforms for raising awareness and sparking meaningful conversations. Innovative activities, such as specially designed games, further highlight important topics and inspire reflection. The enthusiasm and commitment of our colleagues have been instrumental in the success of Nós. Currently, Nós is planning their next community event, eager to continue making a significant impact and celebrating the strength of our diverse workforce.
