How and where can I find out about new job vacancies?

You can subscribe to one or more job agents in the job search function. This service will send you regular updates about new job advertisements via e-mail.

How do I apply for a position in Germany?

For an advertised position in Germany, please send your application via the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal. Click on the “Apply now” button in the job advertisement to register in the portal.

My query isn’t addressed by the FAQs. Who can help me?

If you have any further questions about the advertised position or about your application, the contact person named in the job advertisement will be happy to help. Simply use the e‑mail address provided.

Which browser do I need to access the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal?

The supported standard browsers for accessing the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal are Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.

How do I apply for a position abroad?

All international job postings can be found in the job search results for the relevant country. Simply select the country you’re interested in. The job posting contains all the information you need for your application.

How do I send my details to MAHLE if I don’t find a suitable job vacancy on the careers website?

If you’re unable to find a suitable job vacancy at present, please subscribe to our job agent. This service will send you regular updates about job postings that are suitable for you.

What browser settings need to be activated so I can apply via the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal?

Please deactivate the pop-up blocker in order to use the portal.

I’ve registered on the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal but haven’t received confirmation of my registration. What could be the reason for that?

Please check to see if the confirmation e-mail has been sent to your spam folder. It’s also possible that you’ve accidentally misspelled your e-mail address. If this is the case, please log on to the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal and correct your details. If you still need help, please contact our technical support team at recruiting.support@mahle.com.

When I tried to register on the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal, I received the message “Username/e-mail address already in use.” What should I do?

You’ve probably already registered with the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal. Please check this first of all . If this is not the case and your username has already been assigned, please choose a different name. For convenience, we suggest that you use your e-mail address as your username.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I find out what it is?

Access the log-in screen under "View profile" on our job search site. Click on “Forgotten your password?” to reset your password.

What documents should I have ready when I apply online?

What do I need to consider when uploading my documents?

The size of your uploaded documents should not exceed 10 MB in total. Please ensure that the files you upload are in one of the following formats: DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, or PDF.

When will the HR team be able to look at my application?

Our HR team can only see your application after you’ve completed and sent it.

Can I take a break and continue with my application later?

Yes, you can. When you’re filling out your application, your data is saved every time you move on to the next page. When you next log in, you can then complete or update your profile at any time. Click hereto complete your application now.

Can I complete or update my profile after I’ve sent my application?

Yes, you can complete or update your profile at any time, even after submitting your application

How do I know that my application has been received?

You’ll be sent a confirmation e-mail once we’ve received your application. Our HR team will then review your application.

How do I withdraw my application?

Within your application, there’s a section called “Job-specific information” where you can click on the “Withdraw application” button. If you haven’t yet sent off your application, you can simply delete it.

What do the different application statuses mean?

Once you send off your application, the contact person for the job vacancy will review it and set the status to “In progress.” If you no longer want your application to be considered for the application process, please withdraw it.
